Big O Tires at Town Center is amazing! I needed my battery replaced and went to two other businesses who failed to help, and over promised resolutions. I was frustrated and frazzled but Victoria and the team confidently and promptly fixed my car and had me on my way. There were several customers in the shop waiting but they made me feel like my predicament was their first priority. They will get all my automotive business going forward! Thank you for helping me out this morning! You now have a loyal customer.

Crew got a flat tire down the road from the town center location. One quick call and they verified it was in stock, set an appointment. When I arrived shortly after the 2 ladies working the front were awesome. They understood the situation, had everything set by time I got there. Was done in less than 30 min start to finish. So refreshing to see that customer service is still a part of some businesses. Jason R General Manager Environmental Tree Care

Incredibly responsive to my tire issue. Victoria met me at my car and handled the situation in a very professional manner. Her interpersonal skills were exceptional. The technician was very thorough from start to finish. Every employee I spoke to was engaging, and very friendly. Based on my experience, I will definitely be a returning customer!

This location is great- called on a Saturday afternoon after I had a flat, they answered even though they were closed, assisted with correct tire order (EV rated run flats) and I was able to schedule two days sooner than any other local tire shop. I called the day the tires were supposed to be in, Victoria assured they were arriving that afternoon and they would work with the tow company when the vehicle arrived. Had my vehicle towed to them, they were able to assess the tire and actually repair instead of replace! Victoria and the team are fantastic, I will be returning for regular maintenance moving forward.
